Provider Association Activities

On this page you manage the activities used to make a provider association.

The smart table displays the following:

• Name: The name of the provider association activity

• Description

• Selected: Indicates whether the activity is selected (being used) for a provider association

Select the activity name to view/edit its details. You have the option to update or delete an existing provider association activity.
